Return & Refund Policy

At Sammy's Appliances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@sammysappliances.com or call +1 (313) 271-1111. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you return instructions and a shipping label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged Products

If your appliance arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damage in your communication.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including installed appliances, items missing original packaging, and products damaged due to improper use.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for damaged or defective items. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
